Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on or through our Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent by providing a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our Service and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Response Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
Provide the content provider, member, or user with a copy of the takedown notice
Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer of the complaint

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringement within ten business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

False Claims

Please be aware that under applicable law, including the DMCA, you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a DMCA notification or counter-notification. This includes claims for costs and attorney fees incurred by us or the alleged infringer as the result of our relying upon your misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing, or in replacing the removed material or ceasing to disable access to it.

Good Faith Requirement

Before submitting a DMCA notification or counter-notification, please carefully consider whether the use of copyrighted material at issue is protected by the fair use doctrine, as you could be liable for costs and attorney fees if you knowingly materially misrepresent that content is infringing.
